Are the products in the sets full sizes?

This is stated in every product description. Travel kits contain travel sizes; gift sets usually contain full sizes with the respective volume.

Can I have a set sent as a gift?

Yes, you can enter a different delivery address at checkout. The invoice is not included in the parcel but sent by e-mail.
