Shipping policy

Shipping from Germany

We ship all orders with DHL from our warehouse in Germany. We deliver to all 27 European Union countries, Switzerland and Norway. You can select your delivery country during checkout.

Delivery areas, shipping costs and delivery times

Standard shipping is free for goods worth at least €39 in Germany, €79 in the other EU countries, and €80 in Switzerland and Norway, after all discounts. Express shipping costs 9,99 €.

  • Norway: €4.99 · approximately 4–8 days

All prices include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are displayed in your cart and during checkout before you complete your order. We do not deliver to the United Kingdom.

The delivery period begins on the day after the contract is concluded. If advance payment has been agreed and you pay only after submitting your order, it begins on the day after we receive your payment. If the end of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, the period ends on the next working day.

Deliveries to Switzerland and Norway

For deliveries to Switzerland and Norway, Kunnie covers import charges (customs duties and local VAT) as well as customs clearance fees. You pay nothing extra upon delivery.

Shipping service provider and shipment tracking

We ship with DHL. As soon as your order is on the way, you will receive an email with the tracking number. When logged in, you can also find the shipment status under “My Kunnie” → Orders.

Return

You can return unopened goods in the original packaging within 30 days. From Germany, returns are free of charge (DHL return label via email), from other countries you bear the return costs. You can submit a withdrawal using “Withdraw from contract” at the end of each page. All details and your legal right of withdrawal can be found at Withdrawal policy & Return.
