How to send items back

From Germany – free

After your withdrawal we e-mail you a free DHL return label. For the 30-day return, simply write to hello@kunnie.com with your order number.

From other countries

You pay for the return shipping. We e-mail you the return address – write to hello@kunnie.com with your order number.

Good to know: for sealed cosmetics, the right of withdrawal expires once the seal or protective film has been opened after delivery. Unopened items in their original packaging can also be returned within 30 days. We refund the price including standard delivery costs no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal; we may wait until the items are back with us. All details: Withdrawal and returns.
