A. Withdrawal policy

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot primarily be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Finn Klapper Softwaretechnik, Amrumer Straße 16, 13353 Berlin, email: hello@kunnie.com, telephone: +49 172 3027957) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, an email or a phone call). You can use the attached model withdrawal form, although this is not mandatory.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online using the “Withdraw from contract” button, which you will find at the bottom of every page of our online shop (directly: kunnie.com/pages/vertrag-widerrufen). If you use this online function, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email) with information on the content of the declaration of withdrawal as well as the date and time of its receipt.

To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must repay to you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to [[Rücksendeadresse]] immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen day period has expired.

If you send the goods back from Germany, we will bear the return shipping costs. If you send the goods back from another country, you will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery. For us, for example, this applies to cosmetics whose protective seal or protective film has been opened.

C. 30-day returns (voluntary return guarantee)

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we give you a voluntary return guarantee. It applies in addition to the right of withdrawal and does not limit it.

Deadline: You can return goods to us within 30 days of receipt without giving any reason. The decisive date is the day on which you received the (last) goods; Timely dispatch is sufficient to meet the deadline.
Requirement: The goods are unopened and unused and are in the undamaged original packaging - including seal or protective film, if available.
Here’s how: Write to us at hello@kunnie.com with your order number.
Return from Germany: free. We will send you a DHL return label by email.
Returns from other countries: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please send the goods to [[Rücksendeadresse]] with sufficient postage and enclose a note with your order number.
Refund: After receipt and inspection of the return, we will refund the purchase price of the returned goods within 14 days using the original means of payment.
Kunnie Rewards: Points for returned goods will be deducted again. If you have used a voucher from Kunnie Rewards and the order is fully refunded, we will refund the points redeemed for it (details in our Terms and Conditions, § 14).

Your legal rights remain unaffected. This applies in particular to the right of withdrawal (Section A) and your warranty rights: If the goods are defective, the statutory rules apply - regardless of this return guarantee and even if the goods have already been opened.

General information

Please send the goods back in the original packaging with all accessories if possible and use our return label when returning from Germany.
These instructions are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the statutory right of withdrawal.
