Pyunkang Yul Essence Toner – essence toner with milkvetch root extract (Astragalus membranaceus) as its main ingredient and only seven ingredients in total. The slightly gel-like texture absorbs quickly and hydrates dry and sensitive skin.

How to use

After cleansing, apply an appropriate amount to a cotton pad or into the palms.
Gently spread over the face and pat in. Use morning and evening.
